01Overview
The story
A group of clinics was taking every booking over the phone, and patients often forgot their appointments. I built a mobile app for patients and a small web panel for the reception desk, so booking takes seconds and fewer visits are missed.

Two patients, one slot
The problem
Two people could book the same time slot if they tapped at the same moment.
How I solved it
A slot is now held for you the moment you pick it, so double bookings can't happen.

How I solved it
The app now sends a reminder a day before and an hour before the visit, with a one-tap option to reschedule.
